A tiny omakase counter tucked inside a building near Nordbahnhof, sharing a roof with an organic supermarket, which tells you something about Berlin. The chef works right in front of you, pressing nigiri to order and sliding them across a plain wooden counter. Three seatings a day keep it unhurried, and the price point makes the whole thing feel slightly unreal for what lands in front of you.
