Over 375 rooms run to luxe bedding, soundproofed windows, and a gunmetal-and-goldenrod palette with enough houndstooth to feel deliberate. The Ottoman-inflected Befine spa has a skylit pool and a proper hammam, and Charlotte handles the pregame drinks for whatever Mitte night you have planned.
