    Housed inside the grounds of Schloss Schauenstein, OZ takes its name from the Romansh word for "today" and runs a nine-course vegetarian tasting menu built around an estate permaculture garden. Guests sit at a U-shaped counter close enough to chat with the chefs, which gives the room a warmth that formal tasting menus don't always manage. It holds a Michelin star.
