This is a Spring Mountain Road dim sum spot where lunch starts with an art project: you fill little palette-shaped dishes with red sriracha, yellow mustard, and green cilantro sauce, then dip accordingly. The dumplings arrive shaped like ducks, which is hard to take seriously and easy to order again. Birthdays come with bubble waffles and a chocolate fondue for marshmallows, so expect candles and a table of adults being very cheerful.
