1. Papas Con Pollo El Buen Gusto

    A Guatemalan street food stand on International Boulevard doing fried chicken and fries the way they should be done: crispy, fresh out of the oil, and loaded with mayo, ketchup, and a tangy green salsa called Picamas. The crowd is Fruitvale locals who know what's good, and the price is almost offensively reasonable. Bring cash.
