Crates of the day's catch are stacked by the entrance, and a row of tanks holds king crabs and lobsters that haven't been told what's coming. This is a traditional seafood restaurant on the Bosphorus in Kuruçeşme, where you pick your fish and name your method, grilled, steamed, meunière, tandoori, and the kitchen obliges. The waterfront terrace puts boats drifting past on the Strait directly in view, which makes it very easy to convince yourself you're on holiday.
