    A 19th-century Ottoman distillery on the Asian bank of the Bosphorus, converted into a small, adults-only hotel with just 12 rooms and suites, every one of them facing the strait. The European skyline and the Bosphorus Bridge sit in the picture windows like a painting someone put there for you. Neutral tones, marble bathrooms, and fireplaces make the rooms easy to stay in for days. It holds a Michelin Key.
