This luxury hotel occupies the upper half of a 66-story tower in Chaoyang, and the glass-enclosed pool deck alone makes the altitude feel like a design choice rather than a real estate accident. Rooms are exactly what the Park Hyatt name promises, with views that add a certain productive vertigo.
