    Every guest gets a personal butler, which sets the tone for this 23-story luxury hotel in Retiro, positioned conveniently close to Puerto Madero, Recoleta, and the Microcentro. The list of past guests, including Bill Clinton and a handful of European royals, suggests the staff has seen it all and remains unflappable. Two pools, clay tennis courts, and a round-the-clock concierge handle whatever the butler cannot.
