Modern French
The half-timbered house on Place de la Pucelle still has its old beams, which makes a nice backdrop for cooking that belongs firmly to the present. This contemporary bistro is run by a former Top Chef contestant who moved up from the South of France, and the menu moves between squid tagliatelle and flame-kissed horse mackerel without breaking a sweat. The Michelin Bib Gourmand keeps the room busy at dinner.
