1. Petrus Café Brasserie

    International, Seasonal Cuisine

A café-brasserie hybrid in the middle of Bregenz's old town that somehow pulls off both without feeling like it's trying too hard. The crowd is a relaxed mix of locals lingering over coffee and visitors who wandered in and stayed for lunch. The menu runs from pasta and risotto to coq au vin, but the mussels are the thing people come back for. Belgian beers on tap, which makes complete sense once you hear the backstory.

          Best Place Score

The Best Place Score is the score we give to the place you're searching from, based on how cool we think the area around it is. If it seems unreasonably low, we probably just haven't added a representative amount of awards yet.
