Pjerin is a fine dining restaurant inside Villa Dubrovnik, recently renovated into something sleek and contemporary without losing the coastal ease. The kitchen works the Mediterranean canon through seasonal ingredients and Adriatic fish, with handmade pasta a particular draw. Croatian wines arrive with a knowledgeable hand, quietly and without fanfare.
