    Rue Saint-Blaise is one of those cobbled, almost-village streets that makes you forget you're in Paris, and Ploc leans into that fully. It's a neighbourhood bistro, warm and unhurried, with a short menu built around carefully sourced small-producer ingredients. The cooking is quietly confident, natural wines pour freely, and the room fills with the kind of regulars who seem entirely unbothered by anywhere else in the city.
