Pluma
New American
Tawny walls, cane chairs, and a terrace perch directly above the Grande Plage make this brasserie inside the Hôtel Café de Paris feel like someone's well-funded idea of a Latin American beach club. The menu swings from snacks and comfort food to grilled meats and more composed plates, a range wide enough to suit whoever wandered in off the sand. Ossau-Iraty shows up in the cordon bleu, which is either reassuring or very Basque Country, depending on your mood.
