    Every room at this boutique hotel comes with its own marble bartop, icemaker, and a full set of barman's tools, which tells you where the priorities lie. It sits where the 10th meets the 3rd, closer to Canal Saint-Martin than to anywhere tourists typically flock, and the interiors lean into urban Parisian romance without tipping into kitsch. The cocktail bar downstairs makes it a destination in its own right. Michelin has awarded it one Key.
