    The long, narrow room uses earthenware, concrete, and wood to say something about the food before a single plate arrives. This is a tasting-menu restaurant in old Lille, holding a Michelin star, where the chef threads between invention and classical instinct with what he calls uninhibited cooking. The results are quietly confident and surprisingly full of personality for a room this serene.
