A renovated house with enough history that a famous Spanish poet once slept here, now running as a regional restaurant with an à la carte and a handful of set menus. Vegetables lead the way, most of them sourced from the river-hugging market gardens of Tudela's Mejana growing area, which the kitchen has relied on for years. A separate dining room called El Choko de Remigio handles the more seasonal, locally focused end of things.
