Chef BT Nguyen's flagship Vietnamese-leaning restaurant pulls from her French training and time abroad just as readily as her heritage, so vichyssoise shows up alongside dishes built on bright, aromatic flavors. The room is intimate and quietly romantic. The presentation can veer fussy, but the cooking underneath is carefully seasoned and has something to say.
