The black-and-white tile floor, claret walls, and Art Deco fixtures have been pulling Plateau night owls into this classic French bistro since forever, with the kitchen taking last orders at half past midnight. The menu barely changes, which is a feature: bone marrow, beef tartare, veal kidneys in mustard sauce, profiteroles finished with maple syrup. The wine list leans Burgundy and Quebec, and the servers know it cold.
