The ox chop from El Capricho, a farm in León with a cult following among serious meat people, is the main reason to sit down at this traditional grill in the Salamanca district. A terrace, a wood-fired focus, and a menu that also makes room for grilled fish, seasonal vegetables, and rice dishes keep it from being a one-trick pony. Occasional full-day events built around a single ingredient, oxtail lately, give regulars a reason to come back.
