    A former noble goldsmith's palazzo in the heart of Valletta, now a 25-room luxury boutique hotel where Baroque bones get dressed up in colored marble, bold wallpaper, and warm wood. Each room is different, the rooftop bar overlooks the old city, and a plunge pool turns up where you'd least expect one. Victor Borg's fine-dining restaurant Under Grain is downstairs for when the occasion demands it.
