You start with snacks downstairs, then head up to a horseshoe counter where the chef sends out a surprise tasting menu, modern and precise without the preciousness. The crowd is quietly wealthy, dressed for a mountain evening but not a boardroom. Book ahead and ask for the vegetarian menu if that's your thing.
