Sabatini is a Roman-style trattoria that has been feeding Hong Kong its lasagne bolognese and ossobuco for longer than most of its neighbors have existed, with faded murals, porcelain vases, and a live band most nights giving the room the feel of a Roman holiday that never quite ended.
