    A French-Italian restaurant in Dijon's Antiquaires quarter where the menu swings between Burgundy larder and Roman pantry without any identity crisis. The chef is Milanese, trained in starred kitchens, and the room runs to pale, easy colours. Broad beans from down the road share space with paccheri alla carbonara made with proper guanciale and Pecorino. The two cuisines sit at the same table without negotiating.
