The wood-fired grill does most of the talking at this surf-and-turf steakhouse inside the JW Marriott Bonnet Creek, turning out top-grade cuts alongside Alaskan King crab and sides rich enough to double as dessert. White marble tables, neutral-toned nooks, and outdoor heaters with actual flames set a mood that says dressed-up without saying uptight. A AAA Four Diamond property, and the McLaren out front is a nice touch if you arrive skeptical.
