The blackboard menu changes, but the mood at this 13th-arrondissement bistro stays fixed somewhere between Paris and the South of France. The chef, who also runs Mensae across town, keeps things deliberately nostalgic: good ingredients, cooked with care, priced for the neighborhood. Warm chocolate mousse with vanilla ice cream and a fleur de sel crumble is the dessert regulars plan around. Chalk, zinc, and no pretension.
