The restaurant inside this small luxury hotel in Lech does Alpine classics without the kitschy antlers-and-lederhosen routine. The room is intimate and chic, the service attentive in that unhurried way that's harder to pull off than it looks. Char from nearby Zug shows up on a menu that swings between a set dinner and à la carte options, and the Kaiserschmarrn at the end gives you a reason to pace yourself. Winter only, which at least makes the reservation easier to justify.
