    Fresh pasta made every morning in an open kitchen is the whole premise at this compact Italian pasta spot in Vila Madalena, which holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a queue that forms accordingly. The two chefs turn out handmade tortelli, tagliatelle, and their kin at prices that don't require a rethink. A small outdoor terrace softens the squeeze inside, and the crowd seems perfectly aware they've found something good.
