Corrutela
Seasonal Brazilian
A seasonal restaurant next to the famous Beco do Batman street-art alley, Corrutela grinds its own corn for the polenta, runs a composting system, and powers itself with solar panels, which is either admirable or a lot to read on a menu. The open kitchen anchors a spare, industrial room, and the short seasonal menu changes as the mood moves the kitchen. A Michelin Bib Gourmand for the kind of cooking that takes its supply chain very seriously.
