This is an omakase counter in Santa Monica where the chef's experience goes deep, the blonde wood counter runs minimalist and calm, and the nigiri speaks for itself. Prices match the ambition without apology. Reservations at the smaller counter fill fast, which tells you something without requiring anyone to say it.
