    The São Paulo outpost of the global members' club hotel sits inside the Cidade Matarazzo, a sprawling former hospital complex in the Jardins district. The bones are European, but the interiors lean hard into Brazilian modernism, with handblown lamps from local ceramicists and a strong collection of contemporary art on the walls. It's the kind of hotel where the lobby functions as its own social event.
