    The name comes from the Spanish translations of the chef's children's names, which tells you something about how personal this place is. At an elongated counter seating six and a handful of tables, the menu rotates roughly every two months between two tasting options, blending Japanese technique with Mediterranean instinct. The cod cheek okonomiyaki has developed a quiet reputation of its own, and it's easy to see why once it arrives.
