This is a contemporary Portuguese tasting-menu spot where the chef channels his Trás-os-Montes upbringing through regional flavors, cornbread, alheira, salt-cod, while keeping the whole coastline on the table too. A panoramic rooftop terrace waits at the end for views over Lisbon.
