1. A classic Palo Alto steakhouse that's been around forever and has absolutely no intention of changing. The crowd skews older, golfier, and wealthier, and the vibe is very much "power lunch, second glass of cabernet." Dry-aged beef is the whole point here, and the slow-roasted prime rib is what everyone's cutting into on the patio. Sides are a la carte and genuinely good. Reliable in the best possible way.
