A nigiri counter tucked into a food hall in Miami's Design District, where the neighbors outside are Bulgari and Armani but the vibe inside is strictly no-ceremony. Chef Yasu Tanaka keeps the menu to nigiri sets made with fish flown in several times a week, and the whole thing moves fast enough that you can be back on the marble-floored sidewalk in under twenty minutes, which is not something most sushiyas would advertise as a selling point.
