TA-KUMI
Japanese
A sushi bar in the shadow of the Alcazaba, Ta-Kumi sits in a slim, quietly composed room with counter seats downstairs and a second dining room above. The name fuses the Japanese words for artisan and maestro, which tells you what the kitchen thinks of itself, and the nigiri suggest they're not wrong. À la carte or a tasting menu, with an optional Wagyu course for those who like to commit.
