A block from Las Canteras beach, Tabaiba takes its name from a native Canarian wildflower and runs entirely on tasting menus, so you're committing to the ride before you sit down. The chef, often in a sombrero, treats local ingredients from across the islands as the point of the whole exercise, folding in personal touches that read more like family archive than fine dining. It holds a Michelin star.
