The pale pink façade on León y Castillo has been there since the 19th century, and the marble inside looks like someone polishes it hourly. This grand hotel in Las Palmas holds a Michelin Key and earns it with a rooftop bar, an oceanview infinity pool, a spa, and traditional English afternoon tea served in a wood-paneled salon. Rooms are elegant and compact in that old-money way. Churchill stayed here, which the hotel has presumably never stopped mentioning.
