Muxgo
Canarian Spanish
Watercolours by Ana Beltrán line the walls and a mural maps the ingredients the chef grows on his own farm in Tejeda, which tells you almost everything about Muxgo's priorities. This Michelin-starred tasting-menu restaurant inside the Santa Catalina Royal Hideaway works through the Canary Islands with unusual rigidity: pine bark, millet, prickly pear, and cattle raised on-site. The farm itself is visitable if you plan far enough ahead.
