Grosvenor Square has FDR and Reagan statues out front, which sets the tone nicely for a hotel that takes itself seriously without being stiff. The Biltmore is a luxury property in Mayfair, all Art Deco bones with contemporary softening, and it sits a short walk from Bond Street, Park Lane, and Oxford Street. There's no spa, but the fitness setup is substantial and several restaurants and bars are on-site, including a steakhouse.
