    Hidden behind a menswear shop in a grand old Golden Square Mile building, this 25-seat cocktail bar operates on the tailor's principle: no menu, just a conversation about what you feel like, followed by something made precisely for you. The bar team draws on a deep house library of amari, liqueurs, and tinctures alongside vintage spirits to put it together. Canada's 100 Best named it the top bar in the country in 2026.
