    A Michelin Key boutique hotel on the Singel canal where every one of the 14 rooms is themed around a historic Dutch trade, cartographers, shoemakers, and the rest. Vintage tools become light fixtures, airplane doors serve as wardrobes, and a penny-farthing turns up in the bathroom because why not. The whole thing runs with the warmth of a family inn that somehow also has a very strong opinion about upcycled antiques.
