Foster + Partners took a late-1960s government office block, kept its signature recessed windows and white arched facade, and turned it into one of Central's most striking hotels. The 336 rooms average out as the largest in Hong Kong, lined in Calacatta marble with views over Hong Kong Park. Six dining and drinking spots include a rooftop Italian and a lobby bar worth lingering in. It holds a Michelin Key and a Forbes Four Star.
