The seafood tower is the move at this long-running bar inside the Island Shangri-La, where the room runs to white tablecloths and the dress code answers itself. Cary Docherty is back in the kitchen, and regulars who remember the previous run will notice. The bar programme holds its own, and the food skews serious for a drinking room, with pastas and brasserie classics that wander well past bar-snack territory.
