A boutique-within-a-hotel concept tucked inside Park MGM, this feels like it belongs on a different block than the Strip. Jacques Garcia designed the rooms, which means rich fabrics and a faint sense of old-world theater. By day the pool is a pool; by evening it tilts Moroccan and nightclub. The bar and restaurant spread through the common spaces the way they do in New York and Los Angeles, which is to say they take over completely.
