The St. Regis Macao is a luxury hotel that leans on 24-hour butler service rather than chandelier square footage, with marble bathrooms and some of the Strip's more generously proportioned beds. The Forbes Five Star sits on the shelf. Guests who find the casino floor overwhelming tend to find the vibe here a useful antidote.
