Old enamel advertising signs cover the walls, and the whole room reads like a neighborhood pub that's been in the same family forever. It isn't one, though: The Star at Night is a cocktail bar, now gin-focused, with its own gin club for the committed. Tucked into the backstreets of Soho, it has the ease of a well-worn local and the drinks list of somewhere that takes the glass in your hand seriously.
