The name comes from the fearless workers who scale tall palms in Sri Lanka to harvest the sap that becomes arrack, so you can guess what's running through the cocktail menu at this Agnesviertel bar. The spirit turns up in drink after drink, shifting between tropical and citrus registers. It's a tight, personal concept from a bartender who knows the ingredient from the inside out, which tends to make for a more interesting glass than the usual gin rotation.
