You share a front door with a bar downstairs, then climb up to this ramen house on H Street, where sticker-plastered walls and Christmas lights set the mood. Counter seats turn fast and you get roughly an hour to work through one of five freshly made bowls. The Michelin Guide gave it a Bib Gourmand, which tracks. Reservations only now, so the old sidewalk queue is someone else's problem.
