This Barcelona restaurant runs two parallel menus: one Western, one built around nigiri, sashimi, and uramaki, with bluefin tuna anchoring both. On certain nights they host a kaitai session, teaching the Japanese art of breaking down the fish whole, which is either dinner theater or a masterclass depending on your mood.
